Next March, I will be presenting my work at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, at the seminar “The Californian Model”, organized by Monique Dagnaud and Olivier Alexandre.
It’s the third year I participate at this seminar and it’s really a nice seminar to attend, characterized by a welcoming ambiance, interesting remarks and live discussions.
This year, my presentation will have the (French-long) title: “Cognitive and Relational Empathy: a Process for Innovation Management. The case of Google Maps and Facebook Forums” (aka “Empathie cognitive et relationnelle: processus pour la gestion de l’innovation. Les cas des forums Google Maps et Facebook.”)
It will be my paper Empathy in the business model: how Facebook and Google Maps manage external problem-solving processes, an advanced formulation of the 17th Chapter of my Ph.D. thesis.
So, if you happen to be in Paris those days, save the date:
Tuesday, March 12, from 11:00 to 13:00
