From alienation to “making-power”: what developers teach us on current work transformations

The crisis of the world of work and its relationship to the current identity crisis are more and more frequently evoked in the public debate. A regression of this world seems inevitable: the affirmation of fixed identities of the past (national or religious), by the way of caricature. Yet, there exists a contemprary way to advance in this fog. Far from providing fixed responses, a close look at the related posture proposed by the developers helps rethink work and identity and pass from a restrictive vision of the organisation of work to a vision that opens up new perspectives.
